Please note that inaccurate details provided beyond a 12-hour window render your order unalterable, as it enters production. Buyers assume responsibility for incorrect style or size choices; hence, no returns or refunds are accommodated in such cases.
Lost Orders
In the rare occurrence of a shipment being lost during transit, we will dispatch a replacement free of charge. A tracking number will be provided to verify whether your order has been misplaced or successfully delivered.
Address or Delivery Errors
Should shipping errors lead to a failed delivery and subsequent return due to address inaccuracies, kindly contact us for swift resolution.
- Returns & Replacements
Prior to dispatch, all items undergo stringent quality checks. However, please review the following guidelines. Should any of the listed issues arise upon unboxing, notify us by email along with a photo of the item and your order number:
- Unclear printed image.
- Off-center printed image on the shirt.
- Receipt of an incorrect package.
- Product damage (e.g., tear, dirt) from delivery.
- Incorrect size, color, or style in the order.
- Errors attributed to us.
For items experiencing any of the aforementioned issues, contact us via email or through our website. Please provide images of the errors and your order number for verification. We will proceed with a refund or replacement accordingly.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during order placement, processed in the same manner as payment receipt for security and expediency. It’s important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable, with return shipping expenses deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Scenarios:
A full refund may be issued in:
- Instances of accidental duplicate orders, with one being canceled and refunded.
- Cases of non-receipt or receipt of damaged/faulty items within 30 days (as per RETURN POLICY), with a preference for replacement orders. Should a refund be preferred, it will be processed as store credit or refunded upon receipt of the returned item.
Return Procedure:
Step 1: Initiate Return Process
Returns should be dispatched within 30 days from the date of package delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition, inclusive of packaging, tags, and free of damage. Submission of a receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing, with return shipping costs borne by the buyer.
Step 2: Return Processing
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will confirm via email. Approval or denial of your refund will be promptly communicated post-assessment. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
For pending refunds, kindly monitor your bank account or contact your credit card company. Processing delays may occur. Should you have adhered to these steps without resolution.
